K2 Sleeves
Already more than 600 pairs of sleeves sold! And as many satisfied pilots and warm hands! No more nail-biting, shortened flights and battery problems with electric gloves.
Dare to use the Paragliding sleeve, the Original, the only one made of excellent down ! especially not in synthetic Primaloft. What do you think the Everest winners wear? Synthetic or Super good down, well inflated. Until further notice, we haven’t found anything better!
The Hands’hot K2 muffs sold in pairs, made of pure 700 cuin down, offer 2 windproof sides. They have nothing to do with a synthetic sleeve, primaloft style. When it comes to thermal insulation, down remains the reference, with unparalleled comfort!
The adapted shape allows to keep all the functions of the usual brake control (which remains in the sleeve in flight).
2 possible assemblies: 1 – With the elastic bands provided, to be mounted on the risers. The sleeve is fixed on the brake line and closed. The brake line must be free and sliding in the sleeve. On takeoff, you pull your brakes out of the sleeves and secure the sleeves, making a small ball in the elastic on the riser. Once unstuck, you pull the sleeve, which simply falls on the handle. 2- Take off wearing the sleeves on your forearms, hands free. Once in the air, side by side, you put the sleeve back on the hand and the handle. You tighten the top part, well closed on the brake line. and the same for the other side. Let’s go! In both cases, make sure to lock the sleeves by tightening the top link as much as possible. The sleeves are now delivered with 2 small carabiners to secure the closing loop on the brake line and thus avoid any loss! Note that if it happens, you can order them individually, on request, at the replacement rate of 30 euros each.
